    A wonderful start to the new season when over 70 people turned up at the green, of whom over 50 bowled (I say this advisedly!). Our President, Trevor Reader, ably supported by Vice-President, Jack Wilcock, ran through the order of the day and then the first woods of the season were bowled by Katy and Michelle of Ruby Funerals who have very kindly sponsored our new score boards. The next thing on the agenda was the traditional 'spider' - always good fun - and then into some 'serious' bowling (not really) when we could test out the green which is in amazing condition, thanks to Peter Gentry and his team of helpers. Afterwards. we enjoyed a lovely 'American supper'. A great day!! Click the link to view some photos of the day.
